Pusch was selected by PCLC with the 30^th overall selection in the 2022 NLL Entry Draft. Pusch played Jr. A for the Edmonton Miners, where he competed alongside PCLC teammate Mathieu Gautier. Pusch was a crucial member of the 2022 Miners team that went to game three of the Minto Cup finals, the best ever finish for an Alberta based team.

Pusch still has another year of Jr. A lacrosse left and will have another chance at the Minto Cup as the Miners are hosting the 2023 tournament.
