Another huge night for Keegan Bal in the Vancouver victory.

LAS VEGAS NV – Six unanswered goals by the Vancouver Warriors to wrap up the second quarter propelled the visitors to a 12-9 victory over the Las Vegas Desert Dogs.

Keegan Bal, fresh off his eight-goal, thirteen-point performance in Philadelphia last weekend, continued his hot streak, factoring on 9 of the Warriors 12 goals, finishing the night with four goals and five assists.

Adam Charalambides also had another strong night, putting home three goals and adding three assists for six points. Other scorers for Vancouver were Kyle Killen with a pair, while Kevin Crowley and Reid Bowering also scored, and Owen Grant put home his league-leading fourth shorthanded goal of the season, rounding out the scoring.

Aden Walsh was terrific in net for the Warriors, turning aside 45 saves for the win.

With the victory, the Warriors move within one game of a playoff spot with three games left to play.

The Warriors return home next Friday, April 5 to take on the Halifax Thunderbirds while celebrating Country Night 2.0. Face off is at 7:00 p.m at Rogers Arena.
