Warriors Make Roster Moves

Vancouver BC. – The Vancouver Warriors are pleased to announce the signing of goaltender Nolan Clayton.

Clayton, 24 is from Hamilton, Ontario and plays in the Arena Lacrosse League with the Paris Riverwolves.  Clayton has appeared in three games for the Riverwolves this season, posting a 2-0 record and a 8.60 goals against average.  Clayton also plays for the Brampton Excelsiors of Major Series Lacrosse in the summer.

“Nolan joined us for our training camp and acquitted himself quite well,” comments Warriors General Manager Dan Richardson. “He is excited to join the Warriors and we are looking forward to Nolan joining our team.”

In other roster moves, the Warriors have released goaltender Aaron Bold.

Vancouver will enjoy a bye week before embarking on their busiest month of the season, playing six games in February beginning Saturday, February 1st in New England versus the Black Wolves.  The Warriors return home for a date versus the always tough Buffalo Bandits on Friday, February 7th.  It’s Throwback Night at Rogers Arena with plenty of great prizes and promos throughout the evening.
