Warriors Bounce Seals in Pre-Season Scrimmage

LANGLEY BC – The Vancouver Warriors kicked off their first of two weekend scrimmages with a 16-10 win over the San Diego Seals in front of a standing room only crowd at the Langley Events Centre Fieldhouse.

Jordan McBride netted the hat trick for the Warriors in the victory, with Riley Loewen, Logan Schuss and Sam Clare each netting a pair of goals for Vancouver. Jon Phillips, Keegan Bell, Owen Barker, James Rahe, Derek Lloyd, Lyndon Bunio and Keegan Bal also bulged the twine for the Warriors.

Eric Penney had a solid night between the pipes for Vancouver, picking up the victory in his team’s pre-season debut.

Vancouver will wrap up their scrimmage weekend with an afternoon matchup vs the Saskatchewan Rush, Sunday, November 17^th at the Langley Events Centre Fieldhouse.  Game time is 12 PM.

This scrimmage will be open to the public.
