2019-20 NLL Season Cancellation: FAQs

The Vancouver Warriors are committed to sharing information in a consistent and transparent manner surrounding the events of the disruption to the 2019.20 NLL schedule due to COVID-19.

Will the Warriors continue to play games in 2019.20?

On April 8th the National Lacrosse League announced the cancellation of the remainder of the 2019.20 regular season. As a result, the Warriors will not play the remaining five games left in their schedule.

 

I have a ticket for one of the unplayed games. What should I do?

Tickets purchased for any unplayed games will be automatically refunded via Ticketmaster to the credit card used at purchase. Due to the number of worldwide event cancellations, Ticketmaster has advised us to anticipate refunds to be processed in approximately 4-6 weeks.

For membership or group sales, an account rep will be in contact with you to discuss various options.

 

I purchased my tickets through a resale site. Whom should I contact?

All tickets purchased through a resale site (i.e. StubHub, Venue Kings etc.) will be subject to the refund policy of that ticket operation. Please contact the customer service departments at your point of purchase.
