Kaleb Toth Joins Warriors Coaching Staff

VANCOUVER BC – The Vancouver Warriors are pleased to announce the hiring of Kaleb Toth as the Warriors new Assistant Coach – Offense.

Toth, 42, is currently the Head Coach and Assistant GM of the Nanaimo Timbermen (WLA). In addition, Toth had an impressive career in the NLL, playing nearly 13 full seasons in the league, scoring 315 goals and 398 assists for 713 points in 186 games.

“Kaleb has a proven track record of winning, including an NLL Championship as a player in 2000,” comments Warriors General Manager Dan Richardson. “Kaleb will provide a voice in our room that carries with it experience and championship pedigree. We look forward to how he can assist Chris Gill and our players to get to the next level.”

In a related move, the Warriors also announce that they have relieved Assistant Coach Rory McDade of his duties. “We would like to thank Rory for his contributions to the Warriors franchise and wish him well moving forward,” remarks Richardson.

The next home game for the Vancouver Warriors will be on Friday, March 13th, when the Warriors will welcome the Colorado Mammoth and get an early head start on St. Patrick’s Day, with a Drumline, Celtic Band, and a post game St. Patty’s Day party at the Sportsbar. Game time will be at 7:30 PM PDT.
