Rush stop Warriors

Saskatchewan 15, Vancouver 13

SASKATOON – A four goal run midway thru the 2ndquarter put the Saskatchewan Rush ahead to stay, as they stopped the Vancouver Warriors 15-13 before 9324 fans at Sasktel Centre on Saturday night.

The loss spoiled two amazing performances on offence from Kyle Killen and Keegan Bal.  Killen scored an impressive seven goals while Bal was nearly unstoppable, scoring five goals and adding five assists for ten points.  Brandon Goodwin added the other marker for the Warriors in the loss.

Vancouver now falls to 6-10 on the season and will need wins in their remaining two games plus some scoreboard assistance in order to qualify for the 2022 NLL Playoffs.

Two home games remain for Vancouver, including an all important game at Rogers Arena versus the Calgary Roughnecks next Saturday night, April 16th, game time at 7 PM.  It’s THROWBACK NIGHT.  For single game tickets, flex packs, group tickets and VIP suites for the Warriors home games are on sale at tickets.vancouverwarriors.com/.
