Panther City outlasts Warriors 14-13

-Keegan Bal scores five in 14-13 setback

FORT WORTH TX – The Panther City Lacrosse Club had a late fourth quarter surge and then hung on to defeat the Vancouver Warriors 14-13 in Texas on Saturday night.

Alternate Captain Keegan Bal was a force all night for Vancouver in the loss, scoring five goals and adding an assist for six points while Shawn Evans went off for a season high six points, scoring once and dishing five helpers.

Riley Loewen (2g-3a) and Adam Charalambides (1g-4a) were also productive with five points, while Brandon Goodwin and Ryan Martel added two goals apiece.

Aden Walsh took the loss between the pipes for Vancouver.

The Vancouver Warriors will next be home on Friday, February 17th  when they host the Calgary Roughnecks on Pride Night at Rogers Arena.  Game time is at 7 PM.
