NLL: Drafted by the Columbus Landsharks in the 6th round, 68th overall in the 2001 NLL Draft… Made his NLL debut with the Columbus Landsharks in the 2002 NLL season…  NLL MVP and NLL Sportsmanship Award in 2009 with Boston Blazers… Won NLL Champion’s Cup in 2013 and 2014 with the Rochester Knighthawks…  Won the NLL Champion’s Cup MVP in 2014… Won the NLL Champion’s Cup with the Saskatchewan Rush in 2018…  At the end of the 2019-20 season, Dawson ranked 3rd in career points, 2nd in career assists and fifth in career goals in NLL history…  Won the NLL Sportsmanship Award (along with Georgia’s Mike Poulin) in 2020…

Junior: Played Jr. A Lacrosse for the Brampton Excelsiors…  In 2002, finished 3rd in OJALL scoring and won the league MVP scoring 74 points in 20 games…
