Warriors add D/T Marcus Minichiello

VANCOUVER BC – The Vancouver Warriors have today signed D/T Marcus Minichiello to a one-year contract, pending NLL approval.

Minichiello, 22, is from Etobicoke, Ontario and checks in at 6-2, 165 pounds.  Minichiello played last season with the Paris Riverwolves of the Arena Lacrosse League.  In 11 games, Marcus scored six times and added five assists with two penalty minutes.  Minichiello also played summer lacrosse with the Cobourg Kodiaks of the MSL.

“Marcus provides us with speed and agility on defense,” comments Warriors GM Dan Richardson.  “He’s a terrific runner and very athletic.  We look forward to seeing Marcus at training camp and hope that he can make an impact on our club.”
