Warriors Sign Two Players

VANCOUVER BC – The Vancouver Warriors have re-signed defender Zac Christianson and signed goaltender Nolan Clayton, pending NLL approval.

Christianson, 23, from Victoria, returns after playing late last season with the Warriors.  Zac played his college lacrosse with Robert Morris University and spent his summer season with the Victoria Shamrocks of the Western Lacrosse Association.

“Zac joined us late last season and left an impression,” comments Warriors GM Dan Richardson. “He has had a good summer playing with Victoria and we look forward to seeing what Zac can do with a full camp this fall.”

Clayton, 24, is from Hamilton, and has been playing this past summer season with the Brampton Excelsiors of Major Series Lacrosse in Ontario.

“Our Eastern Scout Jamie Dubrick has been keeping an eye on Nolan for the past year or so,” explains Richardson. “He is having a good year in Brampton and we believe that Nolan can come in and compete for a spot in Vancouver.”
